I love working on my old 64 Impala. Coach Youth Football and Love dogs and Breed French Bulldogs.
Tell us what inspired you to train?:
I started boxing at a very young age because my dad was a former professional boxer. So combat sports has always been with me. Started training BJJ to better my Professional MMA career.
What are the things you enjoy about BJJ?
BJJ is therapy for me. If I’m having a bad day or good day, BJJ seems to always bring me back to the center.
Can you give us some examples of experiences you had that makes it worth training?
Well of course in my former MMA career you needed BJJ. 90% of fights ended up on the ground and BJJ was need to either submit or get a better position. I used to do security and needed Jiu jitsu many times To defend myself or defuse a bad situation.
What has so far been the most surprising experience for you when Training?
How much I fell in love with it and need it in my life. Jiu Jitsu has gave me so many opportunities. Has let Me Meet so many wonderful people.
If you were to pass on training advice to your fellow training partners, what would it be?
Be patient and most importantly enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Don’t do it for belts or for the wrong reasons. It’s a way of life. Love it and just love it. It’ll give back to you, so much.
